Achievements by members of the CTSCC
International EventsBronze medal for Sri Lanka for Skeet (Individual), at the 3rd South Asian Federation Shooting Championship in Karachi in the year 2000, won by Shirantha Peries
Silver medal for Sri Lanka for Trap (Team), at the 3rd South Asian Federation Shooting Championship in Karachi in the year 2000. Team – Anil Peries, Shirantha Peries and Naleen Wickramasinghe.
National events
Members of the Clay Target Shooting Club of Colombo have been successful in winning many awards at competitions over the years from 1999 to-date, including Skeet, Trap and multi-disciplined shooting events such as Rifle, Pistol and Practical Shooting Championships, as well as shooting conducted by the National Rifle Association of Sri Lanka, National Shooting Sport Federation of Sri Lanka and affiliated Clubs/Associations.
Some of the members of CTSC who participated and won awards at the above events are, Shirantha Peries, Anil Peries, Shankar Dharmaratne, Shehan Patterson, Naleen Wickramasinghe and Professor Tilak Weerasooriya.
Miss Amandhika Amarasinghe of CTSCC won the Gold medal in 10m Air Rifle Women event at the recently concluded 6th Navy Open Shooting Championship 2022.
